Mal Sutton has owned and operated his business for over 40 years.

Mal and the Sutton Constructions team have experience ranging from one off architectural homes, unit blocks, commercial developments and extension/renovations. The diverse nature of the projects we have completed means we are well equipped to handle even the most challenging project.

Sutton Constructions specialises in quality. Quite simply, because we are “hands on” builders, we can ensure nothing is overlooked, and no shortcuts are made – for any reason. All projects are finished on or before contract dates, and our clients are always amazed that they have escaped the dreaded building experience.

Our team comprises builders, carpenters, labourers and administration. Each person enjoys their role and, more importantly, takes pride in the finished product and their contribution to it.

Communication is our strongest point. Our fingers are always on the pulse, and owners and developers are reminded of the timeframe for selections, and we are always there to give a helping hand to those who need it.
