Surf Beach Holiday Retreat is a 4 bedroom house located within 5 minutes walking distance from 'Surf Beach' on the NSW South Coast.

The house is just over 12 months old. It is close to parks, nature trails, shopping, cafes, restaurants, movies, and Mogo zoo, a privately owned zoo with loads of attractions for the kids!

Suitable for couples and families (with kids).

The house sleeps 8 guests. It has a spacious, open plan living / dining area. Well equipped kitchen. Outdoor dining and BBQ with a double garage.

It is a short walk to Surf Beach (safe for children) and cafes, IGA, takeaway, liquor store, pharmacy.

10 minutes drive to Batemans Bay and an array of restaurants, cafes, movies, supermarkets.

Not suitable for pets, parties and large celebrations.
