Sunshine Coast Urban Freestyle

Urban Freestyle covers the whole extreme movement sports including parkour, tricking, urban gymnastics, martial arts, linking kicks and other free movement styles.
Our emphasis is on freedom, creativity and individuality of movement for each participant.
Classes available for all age groups, or come along and fine tune or develop new skills in a safe environment, to then take them to the street.
