Based at Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast, and operating for over 17 years, we are a certified supplier of certified organic meats to the public. Our boutique butchery has an excellent reputation for quality and variety, with a loyal local and distant customer base.

Our meat is certified organic and free-range, being sourced from certified growers, which guarantees that no chemical pesticides or insecticides are used at the farms. It also guarantees that the animals are antibiotic free, and never given any hormones or growth stimulants. This is important considering that there are approximately 8700 registered agricultural chemicals and hormones used in food production in Australia as well as many more unregistered chemicals.

Our beef and lamb is farmed west of Toowoomba by Shane and Jane Elliot, at Elliot Premium Agriculture. It is a small family owned and operated grazing property in one of the finest beef and lamb producing areas in Queensland & Australia. Elliot Agriculture place a huge emphasis on animal welfare and low stress livestock handling techniques. They are managed under the independently audited “Australian Organic Standard” and are certified by Australian Certified Organic. This organic management includes many requirements for accreditation and this includes food produced naturally, environmentally friendly and with the welfare of animals as highest priority.

We stock lamb, beef, veal and pork as well as organic and free-range chickens. Our extensive product range also includes preservative and gluten free sausages and mince. With a smokehouse on the premises, we smoke our own chemical-free ham and bacon and prepare a large range of other small goods. Specialty chocolates and gourmet cooking products add to delights available for the health conscious and those who appreciate quality.
