I believe yoga provides a wonderful platform to create better health (ie physical, mental and emotional well being) and a better lifestyle.

You may choose a group class which have approximately 10 people or a private
Yoga Therapy consultation which then provides you with a personal practice to do at home and provides guidelines for lifestyle changes.
