My name is Wayne Hollis and I’d like to introduce myself and my company, Summit Safety Solutions.

I’m a locally based Trainer / Assessor living near the magnificent Mary in Maryborough.
I’m Melbourne born; have lived and worked within and around Sydney and Brisbane; and have called the Fraser Coast my home since 2009.

Throughout my working life I have had the opportunity to work in many diverse vocations:

After a “fork in the road” conversation with one of my mentors, I set about completing my TAE and embarked on my career as a trainer. It is the most rewarding and satisfying career move I’ve ever made. It’s now my focus to help my clients; whether they be job seekers, existing workers or upskilling participants, to reach their full potential.

As a former professional NSW Firefighter, I understand the paramount importance of training. I am passionate about the concept of training and am eager to share my knowledge and skills with others.
