This funky & modern fully furnished 2 bedroom –1 bathroom apartment is in Cannington, a suburb close to the CBD, airport and minutes away from all amenities, shopping centre and public transport. It is conveniently located to everything Perth offers!

We looking forward to welcome you to Perth and assist you enjoy your stay in Perth. The apartment is newly completed in early January 2016. The space is fully furnished with new furniture and equipped in style with all the basic you need just like home. We've tried our best to imagine what might need to make your stay comfortable. However please let us know If we miss anything and we will try to accommodate it for you. Please take the time to go through the list below on what we provide in our apartment.

The Space:

- Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed, Sleep 2)
- Bedroom 2 (2 x Single Beds, Sleep 2 or we can provide additional floor mattress to Sleep 3)
- Living/Family room has a cozy sofa bed (Double Bed, Sleep 2) we could provide additional floor mattress if require
- Baby cot can be provided upon request for a small fee
- Split system air conditioning with cooling/heating to all areas of the apartment
- Living room has big flat screen TV with access to local free to air HD channels
- Dining room furnished with Scandinavian style table with 4 chairs and stools
- Kitchen has full cookware of multiple sized pots and pans ready for you to cook a feast on an electric cooktop or forced fan oven.
- Dinnerware are fully provided with various type of glasses/cup and cutleries to serving.
- Quality stainless steel toasters and kettles are available to you to enjoy a toast and coffee in the mornings!
- Fridge is available to store any light groceries or takeaways. Microwave is available to reheat that takeaway if required.
- Our pantry have some basic stock such as salt/pepper, cooking oil, coffee powder and tea. Feel free to use all items that are available in the pantry during your stay.
- Balcony have 2 x lounge chairs for you to sit back & relax while having your breakfast or drinks while watching sunset
- Our Laundry room has Front Loader washing machine and a Dryer including washing detergents
- Bathroom & Toilet are separate
- We provide body & hand towels for guests as well as shampoo and body wash in pump bottles
- Hair dryer
- Cleaning tools (broom & mop) clothes drying rack
- First Aid Kit
- Free WIFI Access (1G usage per booking; usage can be increased for a fee)
- Undercover parking is available for 1 vehicle & plenty of visitors parking
- Lift access to apartment

All areas in the apartment are fully accessible to our guest. We do not co-lease our rooms out to different bookings therefore guest can stay at the comfort with their friends/family.

We provide limited wireless internet connection for guest so they can do some research for their upcoming trip or communicate with their love ones online. As mentioned access is limited to a quota; additional fee can be paid to increase this quota please ask for more information.

Important Note:

*Bond is required for all booking
*Check-in is 2PM
*Check-out is 10AM
*No smoking within the vicinity of the apartment
*Not suitable for pets
*No parties or events

Alcohol can be consumed on the premises, however drunken and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.

Please KEEP the apartment CLEAN AND TIDY prior to check out. Treat it like how you would like guests to treat your own lovely home.

It would be appreciated if all dishes/cookware used are washed prior to leaving the apartment.

Interaction with Guests:

We are more than happy to meet you on your arrival and can even show you around the area if you would like. We also understand some guest prefer to find their own way and we don't want to intrude so please let us know your preference.

During your stay, if you need us for anything at all, we are only a phone call and short drive away :)

The Surrounding/Neighbourhood :

Overlooking Canning River Regional Park - a fantastic spot for jogging or walks. Children playground and BBQ facilities are just across the road. You can walk to Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre from the apartment (only 5 minutes or 2 mins drive). At Westfield Carousel – Here you can do all your shopping from clothing, home ware to groceries. There are Australia leading departmental store Myer, Kmart, Target and major supermarkets like Coles, Woolworth & asian groceries store in the centre.

*Chemist Warehouse on Albany Highway - 3 mins walking distance

*Victoria Park (Modern Restaurant & Café street) on Albany Highway – 6 to 8mins drive
*Spencer Village International food court (economic price) - 6 to 8 mins drive
*Police Station is just across the road – safe and sound
*Apartment is facing Canning River Regional Park - 2 mins walk

Public Transport:

A 3 minute walk out to Albany Highway enables you to take buses (34/100) to Curtin University and endless bus options to go into Perth City.

The nearest train station is Cannington Train station, you could take bus on Albany Highway and its only 3 mins ride to Cannington Train Station. If you are driving, its just 3 minutes away from the apartment. There are parking at the train station ($2 per day) Train operate to Perth city every 15 mins.

Swan Taxis, Uber X or Uber Black are all commonly used to get around the city, and we are more than happy to provide information on private car or other transportation options if you would like.

Once you're in the city, all CAT buses are free to use - just hop on and hop off when you reach your destination. Please note that this doesn't include buses outside of the main CBD area. There is a ferry service linking the CBD with South Perth, and a tram-car tour of the CBD and Kings Park.

Apartment Location/Driving Distance:

This apartment is situated in Cannington - a suburb close to the Perth CBD with only 11 km approximately 15 minutes drive. Taxi ride to/from the airport would take approximately 15 minutes.
