Bowen therapy, and Emmett therapy are both soft tissue techniques that can release tight muscles and improve flexibility and potentially improve mental and physical fitness. I use Schuessler minerals to assist physical and mental health and Flower essences for emotional health. I find that this provides a great holistic package to keep you on track.
