A little about us?
Bringing international culinary excellence to Balmain, all our chocolates, pastries and meals cakes and desserts are freshly made on site by our New Orleans trained chocolatier and head chef.
We serve decadent European style hot chocolate - thick, rich and unique with plenty of flavours to choose - from chilli to coconut, peppermint, and our house special, dark chocolate with no added sugar. We are also the home of Sydney's only French beignets (similar to a donut).
Our breakfast and lunches are unique and aren't found anywhere else in Sydney.
Our baristas proudly use premium coffee, specially roasted to complement our range of chocolate and desserts by Coffee Alchemy - awarded 'Best Coffee' by The Sydney Morning Herald Good Cafe Guide 2011.
