Sublime Bar & Grill at Peppers Beach Club in beautiful Port Douglas is set to take you on a sensory journey with a diverse and innovative menu.

Our Executive Chef Karl Wulf has a passion for fresh produce and develops the menu to reflect this. Chef believes in sourcing the best produce and producing dishes which are uncomplicated yet offer intense flavours.

To further enhance your gourmet experience, Sublime Bar & Grill offers an extensive wine list to complement each course.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7am until 10.30am where you can choose from our continental buffet or one of our hot a la carte options. Lunch is served between 12 - 6pm while the first sittings for dinner start at 6pm. Bookings are recommended for dinner.

Our fully licensed bar can be enjoyed from 10am until approximately 12 midnight daily.
