Studio Wellness

Studio Wellness is a new health hub, opening soon in Spring Hill, Brisbane. Our aim is to become the leaders in health and wellness, and to build our community into one that supports one another to achieve optimal wellbeing in all aspects of life.

Studio Wellness is for everybody. It doesn’t matter your fitness level, age or body shape. Our studio is designed to improve you both physically and mentally through our small classes, personal training and nutrition sessions.
