9.30am to 10.00am and

3.00pm to 3.30pm

Long day care, half day care, before and after school care.

All welcome orientations will be each day from 9.30am to 10.00am and 3.00pm and 3.30pm please bring enrolment form and supporting information. For children aged 2 to 6 years please also bring something for morning tea so your child can join us for either a picnic in the garden or if too warm in side to chat more with their new friends.

At orientation, we welcome all parents, grandparents, guardians or friend and children to visit our new service in town Stripy Zebras Junior Education Centre at Pam Buchannan Baynton West Karratha. For both adults and children to explore and discover our unique learning environment. Speak to Miss Medina our enrolment / babies room educator, meet our Coordinator Miss Emma and Miss Shanti our Toddler room educator and many more of our educators, who can answer any questions you may have about our Education centre.

Walk through the doors of the entry to the centre and you will see our community area an area where parents gather in the morning and help their child with their bags, and meet other parents in our service, you will find all the information about our programs and the National Quality Areas and Early Years Learning Framework which is the foundation of your child’s learning experience in our Junior Education Centre. In the front reception you will see the immediate updating of photos streaming through from our rooms where all the fun begins. This is a great way for parents to see what their child is doing if unsettled on drop off or for the both of you to share and talk about your Childs day on pick up as they see their photo on the screen.

Children and adults will be guided to the room in which your child could be enrolled in and meet the educator.

Let your children play inside with soft play dough, do a painting, build a city with blocks, unravel a puzzle, do a drawing, put on some dress clothes, read a book, play with interesting objects and say hello to some new friends in the room which best suits their age!

To the outside world of our gardens and discover more of our magic. Your children’s eyes will light up as they discover so many wonderful places to explore and have fun with friends. In our playground, they’ll find colourful climbing equipment, natural play spaces for the children to create their own experiences. And with three different gardens, your child can play with children of their own age or join siblings and other friends during the day to expand on their learning.

For parents, orientation will end after morning tea, parents who which to enrol will need to ensure you have all your paper work ready. Please note your

child must stay with your during orientation.
