Most real estate agents do the same old things when marketing your property.

Your property will be promoted through my facebook business page and posted on all the local buy and sell facebook pages. Through this medium we reach what is called subconscious buyers. They are the people who were not necessarily looking for a house but are interested when they see something they like. Newspapers used to capture these buyers but now it is facebook. Often I reach over 5,000 people through this advertising medium.

I also make myself available to buyers and sellers 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I will be doing your open homes and negotiating the offers. You will not be handed over to an assistant like some other agents. I will be present for the whole sales process from start to
finish.

I will "protect your price". When I give a market appraisal it is an honest opinion of what I think your property will sell for. I am not looking to buy your listing with an inflated price and then tell you the price has to be reduced after 2 weeks.

I have been able to achieve the above results by pricing the properties accurately and then using my negotiating skills to get the asking price or above.

As I said it's the things I do that other agents don't that makes the difference and ultimately leads to a higher sale price for your home.
