Steph's Body Shop

Stephanie has been a practicing Myotherapy since 2010 after completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage at Endeavour College, Melbourne. She also completed an Advanced Diploma of Remedial Massage (Myotherapy) at The Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy in 2011. Stephanie is passionate about continued professional education and has completed introductory and advanced courses in Myofascial Cupping (2011, 2013) and Anatomy Trains In Motion – Introduction to Myofascial Meridians (2016). Along with her manual therapy education, Stephanie also holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Victoria University (2005).


Stephanie has practiced in a number of allied health clinics across Melbourne, along with treating and supporting several professional athletes. She takes a holistic approach to treatment with a focus on medical history and other factors to diagnose symptoms of soft tissue pain or dysfunction. Through her extensive knowledge of the myofascial meridians, soft tissue textures and function, postural analysis and myofascial release techniques, Stephanie is able to achieve effective treatment outcomes. She will also incorporate stretching, nutritional advice, exercise prescription and home care plans as required.


At Steph’s Body Shop, Stephanie offers a range of treatments and techniques; including myotherapy, remedial, rehabilitation, relaxation, sports and injury, pregnancy, dry needling, direct and indirect myofascial release techniques.


Stephanie is passionate about the role of manual therapy in healing body, mind and soul.
