Stephanie Lees

Stephanie Lees has been a resident of Birchgrove since 1978. Her extensive knowledge of Birchgrove, Balmain, Rozelle and Lilyfield is first class and is coupled with a genuine love for the area.

Steph has witnessed the exponential growth and urban transformation of the area, from working class housing and light industry through to today’s vibrant highly sought after property market. Steph is raising her own young family in the area and connects intimately with new and existing residents.

Stephanie graduated from UTS with a Business Management degree majoring in Marketing and Human Resources and spent her younger professional life assisting a wide variety of people attain improved life goals. She is a superb people person with an articulate eye for detail.
