Stay Fresh, Stay Fit

Background info.
I am an 18 year old student currently studying Diploma of Sports Development at Victorian Fitness Academy, Narre Warren. I am just weeks off completing my cert iv in Fitness and have already completed cert iii in Fitness earlier this year. I successfully completed year 12 in 2014. I have been playing basketball since 2008 only have one season off in 2010. I have also completed my cert ii in Sport & Recreation at Chisholm, Berwick.

I have recently decided to start a small business 'STAY FRESH, STAY FIT', that is all about enjoying your journey to accomplish your health and fitness goals. I am not only offering group training sessions for various age groups, I am offering a chance to taking the first few steps to reaching your goals. My training methods will be diverse and will include multiple Basketball drills to mix it up a little.

This will all be up and running within a couple of months. I look forward to seeing you all there.
