Just over 3 years ago I my journey began. At 97kg I knew it was time to make some drastic changes in my life so I started with a program which helped me lose 35kg in just over 12 months. I developed an incredible love of fitness and a new lease on life.

I began encouraging others to join my for walks to become fitter and with the possibility that they too could lose weight. Successfully my group grew, more than I could have ever imagined.

My passion to help others became a huge part of my life so much so that I wanted to pursue a career with in the fitness industry. A couple of weeks ago the opportunity arose for me to study Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness.

On completion of these Certificates my main objective is to help people who are struggling with their weight just as I was. To give them the tools they need to make the same changes in their lives provided by someone who shares the same "story".
