Currently completing a Diploma in Fitness. Lecturer of Fitness and Sport at South Metropolitan TAFE and the Australian College of Sport and Fitness.

We take great pride in our work and please understand that it takes preparation time to plan a session for you or a group. Therefore, 25% deposits will be required upon booking Personal Training sessions with us.
In the event of a late cancellation (within 12 hours of a scheduled morning session prior to 10am or 3 hours of a scheduled session post 10am) - the 25% deposit will cover late cancellation fees. 50% late cancellation fees apply to all Group Fitness sessions which is payable within 1 hour of the session concluding.
