HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. 30 minute fat burning workout that uses a science based approach to giving you the best workout. You will have a different workout each time. Other forms if HIIT classes are Metafit & Fatburn Extreme and now Kettlebell AMPD if you want a resistance based low impact, high intensity workout.
Move It = Low impact entry level class! A class designed for beginner clients and older adults, but certainly suitable for younger ones too! Generally a circuit style, with some added extras on the end. Participants vary from teenagers to ladies in their 80s.
Yoga = a yoga, stretch and relaxation session designed to stengthen, tone and stretch out those muscles we neglect. Particularly good for clients how work out a lot, and for office workers! Great for strengthening and lengthening typically sore areas such as backs and hamstrings. Work every organ in your body & help prevent developing many chronic diseases. You'll leave feeling like you've had a day at the spa! Delicious!
