Square One Fitness

I started Square One Fitness back in 2010 as a mobile outdoor PT business. Coming from a background in Corporate I.T, the transition to owning my own business, and making money following my passion of helping people with fitness and health has been a dream come true.

Originally, I would drive from park to park, and home to home, meeting my clients for 1 on 1 personal training and weight loss coaching.

In 2011, I started hiring personal trainers to help me with the demand as my business grew each year, and in 2014, I took the leap from outdoor mobile trainer, to operating from an indoor facility, by securing a lease on a warehouse in Silverwater which I converted into my very own private personal training and group fitness studio.

Since then, my team and I have set up a group class timetable with 14 weekly group classes, both mornings and evenings, including bootcamp, cardio, boxing, and strength classes, as well as Personal Training.

We service hundreds of people in our community and have a strong focus on personal development and self education, to not only take our own health and fitness to the highest levels, but also to help our members achieve their desired fitness and health levels also.

Our mission is to build a positive community, and teach exercise, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle principles so we can all live healthy, long, happy lives!

We're continuing on to grow our business, and impact more lives in our community. And we'd love for you to be a part of the journey with us.
