SpokeSixteen offers cycle coaching in Brisbane, for new riders - from the sofa to the saddle - for experienced riders who want to go higher, faster or stronger in their rides, and for kids, to get them going on two wheels.

For the adults this is done individually or in groups. The children's sessions are under the 1st Gear programme from Let's Ride, Cycling Australia.

SpokeSixteen delivers the schools programme Let's Ride and also She Rides, two Cycling Australia programmes in the Moreton Bay Region.

Our Director is an accredited Cycling Australia Road and Track Coach.
