Spiegeltent Gold Coast

To help make your visit more enjoyable, we have put together a list of commonly asked questions about Spiegeltent Gold Coast.

LOCATION
The Spiegeltent is located at Broadwater Parklands, just north of the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre.

OPENING HOURS
The on site box office will be open daily from the following hours:
Tues - Fri 3pm – 8.30pm
Sat & Sun 1pm – 8.30pm

The box office can be contacted at boxoffice@spiegeltentgoldcoast.com.au, or (07) 5641 1538. Outside of these hours any calls will be diverted to a voicemail system. A box office team member will contact you as soon as possible once opening hours resume.

TICKET COLLECTION
Tickets can be collected at any time prior to your performance evening. If you are collecting on the night, please make sure to allow for ample time to collect your tickets. We recommend you pick up your tickets at least an hour before your show commences.

FOOD & DRINK
The Spiegeltent Gold Coast is licensed with two bars and a food stall on site. We encourage patrons to drink responsibly.

The food & beverage service hours are as follows:
Tues - Fri 5.30pm – 10pm
Sat 3pm – 10pm
Sun 5.30pm – 10pm

PREMIUM TICKETS
Premium ticket holders are granted priority access to The Spiegeltent. Whilst seating in the premium section are reserved, seats are un-allocated. Look for the ‘Premium’ queue or ask a member of our front of house team.

STANDARD SEATING
Standard seats are general admission and are un-allocated. Seating will be on a first in, best dressed basis so please arrive early.

CONCESSION
Applies to customers holding valid identification as pensioner, senior, student or unemployed. Valid on Standard Seating only.

GROUPS
Group bookings of eight or more people are $62 per ticket. The discount will apply automatically when you select eight or more Standard Seating tickets. Tickets must be purchased in one transaction for the discount to apply.

If you are part of a group, please line up together and let front of house staff know. We will do our best to seat you together, however on busy nights or with particularly large groups, this may not be possible.

CHEAP TUESDAYS
Every Tuesday, all tickets will be just $55. No Premium seating or Private Booths will be available for purchase.

TICKET RETURNS
As per our T&Cs, it is a condition of sale that there are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds once a purchase has been made.
