Hello and welcome to the Spice Mistress page.

I have always been interested in cooking and entertaining. Over the years (not too many) I have tried hundreds of dishes from around the world. There is always another exciting taste to discover.

My aim is to give my customers the chance to enjoy the flavours of other countries as much as I do.

It can be hard to find the time to prepare dishes that look delicious in recipe books, even if you can get the ingredients. That's why I decided to offer spice mixes that take the hassle out of cooking tasty dishes.
