World Class Chef Baden-Giles Thomas a master of spice fusion has created a food outlet that delivers an array of remarkable styles of dishes from traditional recipes he has collected over his vast career. There are many different dishes including his signature ragouts and tagines, some more than a 100 years old past down from generation to generation now for you enjoy at Carousel Shopping Centre. Chef Thomas infuses 100’s of hand ground, roasted spices, into each dish to deliver unique flavours, which are unavailable in today’s fast world.

With 30 plus years experiencing food from all over the world, Chef Thomas has been right at the top of the culinary world as past Chef of the Raffles Hotel Singapore and Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas just to name two. Chef Thomas has designed and opened restaurants at the Crown Casino Melbourne as well! He is so passionate about his craft he wants the whole world to taste the vast flavours that cooking with many chefs from different cultures across the world has allowed him to experience.

Spice Kulture is a totally new concept, it is also an Australian First, Created to be wholesome and clean, slow cooked for 20 hours, with No Added Fat, No Preservatives, No MSG and Gluten Free. All meats are Halal and are trimmed to have less than 1% fat

Everyday Spice Kulture changes their menu with 4 dishes available on each day with Free Range Chicken, Grass Fed Beef, Local Lamb and Vegan dishes. All dishes are served fresh from the pot with Aged Basmati Rice, locally made Paratha flat bread (contains Gluten), a traditional Malaysian Achar
(A tasty vegetable condiment) and a choice of Natural Greek Yoghurt or Chilli Sambal.

Launching the new food outlet last week at Westfield Carousel, Spice Kulture invites you to experience these personally created inspirations from only $12 a meal.

The dishes are all made with mild spice heat levels so that everyone from all ages can enjoy. Chef Thomas commented “you can make food that tastes amazing without having so much chilli that it leaves your mouth on fire”.
