Spartan Outdoor Training and Fitness is a combination of no nonsense physical training mixed with mental conditioning that is made to suit almost anyone from beginners to athletes.

Kids Personal Training

You don't need to be an adult to receive personal training. With the growing rate of obesity these sessions a catered different for each child. Whether your child is struggling with fitness or you just need to get them moving, we have it covered.

Personal Training

Whether you are looking for a lifestyle change, increase your fitness or military / emergency service personnel, our methods can definitely assist in reaching those goals and will be individually catered for. These sessions can be conducted nearly anywhere and very flexible.

Spartan Hybrid Training

These are our group sessions that add another dimension to training. Each session is different and we help keep you motivated and driven giving you something new to work on every session. We don't reveal our session specifics and add another small element you don't see around very often.

OBSTACLE COURSE RACE TRAINING

Want to get into serious fun? Spartan Outdoor Training and Fitness participate in the ever growing Obstacle Course Racing trend. If your just in it for fun or a serious competitor, S.O.T.F will give you the tools to tackle them head on. With additional sessions available we get to business with preparing you for all the excitement. The only outfit on the Fraser Coast that specifically trains for Obstacle Course Racing. We can also break down the dynamics behind each obstacle and help train not only to conquer them but apply race strategies along as well.

LITTLE SPARTANS KIDS BOOTCAMP:
Come down and join an Internationally accredited Bootcamp instructor for ever changing fun and challenging workouts.
Spartan Outdoor Trainining & Fitness is proud to introduce the areas first Bootcamp program for children! This is designed to keep the kids going while enhancing their physical and mental development in a safe and controlled environment and blue card accredited. Kids lessons are priced at $5 per session with NO joining fee.

Spartan Outdoor Trainining & Fitness can also bring Kids Bootcamp to your childcare or school, just ask Nathan for more details.

PRICING

Personal Training - $25 per session (Normally $35!)
5 session pass $100 (Save $75)

Spartan Hybrid Training -$7 per session
5 session pass $28 (Save $7)

Private Group Sessions- From $30
($30 includes 3 people, $7 per extra)

Children's Personal Training - $15 (Ages 4 - 13)

We can also cater group sessions for clubs/groups and children's organizations. Also $10 travel levy applies outside Maryborough area throughout the Fraser Coast.

About the trainer

Nathan Brock is a certified Personal Trainer, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Internationally Accredited Bootcamp Instructor, Children's Group Instructor that has been running fitness programs for both adults and children not just around the Fraser Coast but outside of the area as well for the last year and a half.
Nathan's love of the fitness has taken him to compete in his passion of Obstacle Course Racing around Australia in such events such as The Stampede, True Grit, Spartan Race (Double 14km super, 41km Ultra Beast), Jurassic just to name a few.
His fitness pursuits now involve him currently training to enter Worlds Toughest Mudder (24hr non stop race) In the United States.
He currently trains 5 days a week with his regime involving running, swimming and CrossFit.
