SparkBDM created The Joy Division. A bespoke process, which, aims to reveal the key moments of joy that clients and employee’s experience when engaging with a brand. The Joy Division evokes happiness, it doesn’t just meet the needs or wants of the client or employee, it dives deeper and reveals the purpose with the employee and unexpected desires of the client and tailors the experience according. Ultimately creating a strong business to market relationship through an emotive discovery process. This is our difference.

The Joy Division is a process to discover the joy of the brand that employees and or customers engage with, and in-turn transfer that joy into increased revenue. We review the brand experience and provide a fulfilling outcome that will compel performance from its people – its employees or clients.
