The Concept
Rockgrill is an exciting, interactive, dining experience that presents your meal cooking on a heated volcanic rock at your table.
The high temperature of the rock sears in all the natural juices and nutrients, giving you a unique rock cooked flavour.
When your meal is presented turn over your selection on the rockgrill, then simply cut off one or two bite size pieces and cook to your liking.
Your meal will remain hot and enjoyable to the last bite.

The National Heart Foundations around the world support the use of low fat cooking techniques such as the Rockgrill method, which use no added oils or fats and only produce which is completely trimmed.
