The Southern Mallee Primary Care Partnership (SMPCP) is located in north-western Victoria. It is comprised of three Local Government Areas; Buloke Shire, Gannawarra Shire and Swan Hill Rural City (not including Robinvale).
SMPCP is an established network of local health and human service organisations working together in an effective way to improve the health and wellbeing of the local Southern Mallee communities. The SMPCP Member and Associate Member Agencies are represented by a range of sectors including, health, Local Government, Justice, Education and many more. As a partnership, SMPCP works in the areas of health promotion, service coordination, chronic disease management, capacity building and partnership development.
