Sonia Dell, our Director, has had a passion for investment real estate for much of her life. She became frustrated with the lack of client care larger companies provided, and found the only way to get the best results for clients was to do it through her own business; so in November 2007 she started Southern Cross Investment Properties.

As our reputation and clientele grew we considered how to further assist our clients on their property journey. With this in mind we began gathering likeminded people together and launched a complementary business to support our clients, Southern Cross Finance.

Sonia is committed to her clients, to her business, and to the success of both, this is a trait that is instilled in all Southern Cross Investment Properties and Southern Cross Finance team members.
