Southern Cross Cottages have a range of floor plans to suit different lifestyles, or we can work with you to create an individual design. Our designs are truly modular, offering the purchaser the flexibility to begin with a simple bed sitter or single bedroom unit, which can later be upgraded to include additional bedrooms, ensuite and living areas.
