South Seas Cocktail Lounge

The South Seas Cocktail Lounge is the culmination of a long held plan by Colin and Francesca to open a dedicated cocktail bar in Hobart, Tasmania.
Tucked away on the Hobart waterfront, the intimate bar space captures the feel of a small seafaring bar with a tropical South Seas atmosphere. In fact, the bar is similar in size to the original 'Don's Beachcomber' that was in Hollywood and opened in 1933.
The South Seas specialises in cocktails from the classics through to authentic exotic cocktails from the 1930s - 1960s; along with a range of cocktails exclusive to the South Seas Cocktail Lounge, by the above team and our creative and talented Bar Manager, Christian.
