Before deciding to open my own baking business I had logged many hours in the kitchen, starting from when I was old enough to stand on a chair and help my mum... my mum is known for her baking abilities and is seemingly able to take everyday ingredients and turn them into a culinary masterpiece with very little effort! When I'm in my kitchen sifting, whisking and frosting I like to think that my creations are a natural extension of all the hours spent with my mum in the kitchen and a legacy that I may also pass on to my own children as they grow. To me there is nothing more comforting than mum's kitchen and the knowledge that somewhere there is a cup of tea and something that will make all my troubles go away, it is my very own piece of sweetness and a place to take cover from the World and it's woes. So that is what I have created with my business, my creations are more than just a cookie or just a cupcake, I hope that with each bite I can return you to your childhood, invoke sweet memories or just immerse you in the pleasure of good taste... so welcome to the family, may your stay be just what you were looking for... you're welcome any time!
