Soul Rider - Equestrian Coaching

Soul Rider offers Horse Riding Instruction by a qualified Equestrian Australia (EA), NCAS Coach - Stacey Willis.

The art of riding is to be in sync with your horse, to move as one with you and your horse instinctively knowing each other’s thoughts. To perform these movements tension free. At Soul Rider I use many different techniques from classical dressage, modern horsemanship and European styles. There is no "one way" to teach and train so I like to use my vast experience to draw on whatever technique might be needed for different situations. All horses and riders learn differently and what works for one may not work for another.

Taking a holistic approach, to both horse and rider, I aim to improve the partnership and communication between horse and rider whilst keeping both horse and rider happy and confident. Lessons will focus on body position of rider and body control of horse allowing riders to reach their goals whether at competition or at home. This is achieved by focusing on all aspects of horse and rider including history, goals, personalities, confidence so both physical and mental conditioning. I also focus on riding dressage tests to gain those crucial marks.
