I AM a facilitator of intuitive energy healings, workshops & meditations. I have attended many healing & development retreats & studied various healing modalities with wonderful teachers where I have had the good fortune to learn many personal & spiritual treasures. My nursing background has given me the grounding to assist people to balance their personal health, well-being and spirituality. I approach all my sessions & classes with a practical, common sense attitude. My focus is on assisting people to identify & heal the core issues that are creating imbalance & dis-empowerment in their life & to teach people to become more self-aware.
