I'm on a journey to heal my body with food and a holistic lifestyle. Ever since my health problems years ago, I’m constantly learning how diet, emotions, environmental toxins and lifestyle fit together as the key to healing chronic disease.

I became a Certified Weight Loss Consultant through the Health Academy Australia
so I could educate others who are interested.
Healthy living can be hard with all the mixed information out there. I’m here to help you break it down and work out what better suits you and your family. We seem to have lost our natural understanding of instinctive living!!
I’m a wife and mother of 3 children. I have made it my life’s mission to find healthy, natural and chemical free ways of living. My goal is to provide my family with the healthiest foods and lifestyle available and help you do the same. My passion is food and cooking and I love to find ways to make food a healthy and tasty part of everyday living.
My pursuit of health for my family has led me to some conclusions that go against the normal dietary recommendations but as I have found they are more realistic and achievable goals. Real food……traditional cultured foods and healthy fats!!
