Sorella Calisthenics

Sorella Calisthenics was founded in 2013, and is run by Samantha Holt and Carissa Cowell with nearly 40 years combined experience in Calisthenics.
Together, sisters Sam and Carissa have started this journey together basing their club in Tynong, Victoria. They are very welcoming and nurturing toward all pupils and pride themselves on being great Calisthenic coaches.
At Sorella we aim to provide quality calisthenics to a wide range of ages and skill levels. As a young member, we strive to help develop essential skills for growing bodies such as physical development, gross motor skills, social development, cognitive development and much more.
As a adolescent member, Calisthenics is a great place to be apart of a team, learn something new, make life long friends and develop skills that you may not have known you were capable of.
We encourage people of all ages, mums and daughters all to join calisthenics. It is great for not only keeping up fitness, but it is also great to socialise with a wide range of people.
