I have worn several hats throughout my career and still wear a couple as I type this. One thing that has always been at the forefront of my mind is helping people and sharing my knowledge no matter what business that is.

My background includes Travel Consultancy, Web Development, Defence Industry Administration, Business Management and currently I am a Portrait Photographer for everyday couples and families just like you and me.

Back in August of 2014 my partner in life and I decided to pack up and head off around the world without a plan and without a time frame. Scary I know! For 16 months we meandered around this amazing world we live in taking in no less than 18 countries all of which we didn’t want to leave. As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end, so in December last year we returned to our home town of Perth, Western Australia and tried to settle again into everyday life, something we took a while to adjust to.

So as this adventurous chapter closed in our life it was time to start thinking about what I wanted to accomplish in my working life from here on in, and helping people achieve their business goals and dreams was an obvious choice.

Combining all my diverse professional skills, Sorbet Media was conceived.

I have been operating Sharon Manning Photography for the last 7 years and in that time on more than one occasion I have needed help, I only have one pair of hands and at times needed at least another. My Social Media Management has been sporadic, posting updates only when I found the time and not consistently enough to build up a relationship with my clients. Taking time out to update package information, make changes to my website and establish a good workflow needed to be done after hours when I had the time. This took me away from my precious family and I’m sure my children saw me working at my desk late at night more often than I care to admit.

So that’s where I can help take the workload off your shoulders so that you can spend precious time with your loved ones when you want to. Being location independent and with the communications lines open between us I can assist you in taking your business to the next level and SUCCESS, whatever success means to you.
