With my background in exercise science, I get the best out of my clients by applying techniques from biomechanics, physiology, sports assessment and rehabilitation practices.
This allows me to work with a wide range of clientele with varying conditions, such as musculoskeletal injuries, osteoporosis, diabetes, balance and postural issues. All my programs are personally tailored, using a range of strength, resistance and cardiovascular training.
