At Sona Yoga we believe in yoga for every body.

Our vision is to provide the space for a community of Randwick yogis to come together and connect with each other and with themselves through movement and breath.

Never tried yoga before? no problem - it’s a safe, non-competitive and non-judgmental environment where you can be you.

We'll be offering yoga classes for all levels from beginners right through to experienced yogis. The Sona Yoga timetable will feature a variety of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Mums & Bubs. There will be something for everyone!
