Soma Pilates

Pilates matwork classes are delivered in a group setting using your body as resistance to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Individuals:
Soma Pilates currently offers classes to the general public on Thursday nights from 6:00 - 7:00 at the Lauderdale Hall (next to Hill Street). Classes are $15 per person.

Private Group / Individual:
Soma Pilates offers classes to groups or individuals who wish to participate in Pilates classes with private instruction or with a group of friends. Class prices are negotiable.

Business:
Soma Pilates offers classes to businesses that wish to provide staff with an in-house exercise program. Lunch time Pilates classes are a great way to maintain staff health and compliment healthy workplace initiatives. Class prices are negotiable.
