I have worked as a Registered Nurse since 1998 and a Registered Midwife since 2000 in several busy Sydney Hospitals.

With my background in Nursing and Midwifery I have a strong interest in helping people to maintain or restore a healthy balance within their own health.

What is Reflexology you may ask, it is the ancient art of stimulating pressure points within the ears, hands and feet to restore balance to the body. As a non-intrusive technique, it aims to heal indirectly.

A Reflexology treatment session has the potential to address many conditions whether they be illnesses, physical injuries or emotional stresses.

Reflexology is a safe option for woman at any stage of pregnancy, and into the postnatal period.
