From the open style kitchen that allows for unparalleled access to the chefs, to the uninterrupted views of the Broadwater, Solace is an escape into luxury.

The Modern Australian style of menu has been created to capture the very best of locally sourced products in an environment where only the best will be do.

The chefs have developed lasting relationships with their produce suppliers to ensure that only the freshest of produce arrives daily.

Food is more than just fuel at Solace, it is a way of life! Each dish has been carefully researched, and paired to reach each ingredients full potential.

Our Head Chef and his team understand the balance between health consciousness and flavour, and have used components from the ‘on trend’ food groups. You will notice kale, faro and barley are used in several dishes, whilst hand cultured butters are used side by side to create a perfect symmetry of decadence.

Additional dishes will be added to the fold as the chefs source ingredients direct from suppliers. Keep an eye out for the ‘ Market List’, which will hold daily additions to the menu.
