My name is Nadine. I LOVE YOGA! Prior to teaching yoga I worked as a Primary School teacher for 12 years. I travelled to Byron Bay then Bali to complete my Purna Yoga Training with Byron Yoga Centre- a style of yoga that emphasizes asana (movement), pranayama (breath) and meditation. I have completed both Level 1 and Level 2 Teacher Training with Byron Yoga centre. I have also completed a Certificate in Vinyasa Teaching with the Australian Yoga Academy.
Yoga has provided the pathway and tools to overcome many challenges and to live a life of balance, good health, happiness and abundance. What began as a physical form of exercise has led me to make a strong connection with my inner self, (self-love and self- worth.)
I bring a relatable and energetic approach to yoga, meditation, awareness and wellbeing. My style of teaching allows students to work with their own bodies in a safe and nurturing environment. Students’ leave my classes feeling energised and refreshed, creating more space throughout the body and mind for a happy and healthy life.
I hope to get to know and share my love of yoga with you.
