Begginers and advanced students welcome..
All Hatha yoga classes you will feel my style of teaching accommodates students that have limited range of movement and require modification of poses, to more advanced students that like to be challenged in there practice.
Monday- Hatha yoga session 9:30am or 5:30pm
with Selina
Tuesday- 5:00pm is Guided meditation and a Hatha yoga session starting at 6:00pm with Selina
Both of these classes accommodate beginners to advanced students.
Wednesday- Hatha yoga session at 9:30am or
Free Flow class at 5:30pm with Selina. This class is for anyone looking for more flow throughout the practise and is more for intermediate/advanced students.
Thursday- Hatha yoga session at 9:30am with Selina
Friday- Rejuvenation and gentle yoga session at 9:30am with Selina. This class is recommended for anyone with injuries, elderly, and beginners that are looking for the gentlest introduction to yoga. Their are props to utilize throughout this class to support your bodies range of movement.
Saturday- Beginners Vinyasa Flow yoga at 8:30am with Julia. This class is a great introduction to allow beginners to feel comfortable, supported and safe whilst moving the body into new territory and movement.
Sunday- Slow Flow is a gentle Vinyasa yoga class to allow the body to move into a rhythmical flow with the breath. 3pm with Julia

I would like to share a little about myself. I have been doing yoga since the age of 17. It all started with a Jane Fonda yoga video from the library. I was living on a 210 acre property down south in a beautiful town called Bellingen.
The first time I did yoga poses (Asanas) I felt a sense of connecting with my body. As the months progressed I noticed my strength and calmness growing. I wanted to learn more about yoga and the way it helps my body function, internally and externally, my mind and thoughts.
I first started teaching in my early twenties. The knowledge I have gained through regular practice of yoga, reading, study and other teachers has given me the opportunity to share the many benifits of yoga. Also support others to reconnect and find there own potential. May my class be a great introduction to yoga for you.
