Smartbuild Homes are focused on providing personalised service with the highest levels of attention to detail. We ensure that no more than 2-3 homes are being built at any one time to guarantee that Paul is personally available to fully supervise and manage each project. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations, including working with you to choose and finalise your plans and helping you choose your colours and design.

Unlike many builders, Paul has achieved a Diploma in Building and Construction through TAFE and this ensures that he has a very in- depth knowledge of building. Paul will take a hands on approach when building your home or premise to guarantee that it is built to the highest standards.
