SOULFUL SATURDAY :: Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with a twist involving the djember drum to release stagnant energy. Shake, dance, move your body to reset, release and connect deep within. + Experience live sound healing with the Tibetan sound bowls, hand pan, rain sticks, and wind chimes.

EVENTS :: Monthly Full Moon Workshops of Yoga, Meditation, & Sound Alchemy. Every Full Moon at 7-9pm.
