Sisanya is situated in The Sands Estate, an exclusive and secure gated community in Port Douglas. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Four Mile beach and a 5 minute drive or 20 minute beach walk to the town centre Macrossan Street.

This custom built 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, has been constructed with the entertainer in mind. It caters for couples, families, and also can accomodate two families while still allowing separate living spaces! Immediately upon entering the home one is met with the feeling of comfort, peace and tranquility. Further Sisanya features a generous formal dining area, perfect for accommodating both large and small groups of family and friends.

Just past the dining area, the spacious kitchen with European appliances and an expansive caesarstone benchtop has been designed with the home chef in mind. Seamlessly, the flow from kitchen to the main indoor family room, with extra large LCD TV, complete with Foxtel/Free to Air. Furthermore, the entire area has the ability to be opened to allow the transition between indoor & outdoor to be seamless. Head outdoors to the alfresco dining/entertaining pavilion, complete with BBQ area where you can simply relax with a drink in hand, sit out around the wading pool or take a dip in the saltwater infinity pool.

Upstairs has an additional 2 bedrooms which share an over-sized bathroom with jetted spa and shower. Additionally, converge in the middle to the media room and enjoy the gentle breezes whilst watching your favourite, movie, sports, or news.

Not to be overlooked downstairs is the large laundry complete with washing machine and dryer plus an extra wide & deep double car garage and covered car park.

House Rules
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no glass around the pool (only use the plastic glasses around the pool areas) and all breakages to be paid for.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire house and all its facilities and contents to cater to every need. Plus the additional feature of unlimited free calls to local and interstate numbers and mobile phones. Moreover guests will have free usage of house wifi.

Interaction with Guests
Guests will be greeted at the door to be shown through the home, any questions you may have about the area or property our local host will be more than happy to answer.

Getting Around
Sisanya is conveniently located within walking distance of four mile beach, great local shops and fantastic eateries. Furthermore you can hire push bikes to ride on the beach or get into town faster. There are shuttle buses and taxis if required. However to get to locations further away like Mossman Gorge a hire car is greatly recommended and it will improve the flexibility of your holiday.
