The Singleton Youth Venue offers services, programs and events that benefit young people and their families. Services include advice, referrals, assessments and case planning – these are provided on site by trained youth workers and are funded by the Early Intervention & Placement Prevention (EIPP) Program; skill-focused, client-centred case work and training for young people is also on offer.
We provide a range of social and recreational opportunities for young people (aged 11-17), promoting interaction skills and personal development. Programs and workshops include (but are not limited to) theatre and performance, arts and crafts, guitar lessons, tutoring and cooking. The majority of programs are offered free of charge.
We have meeting and training rooms, offices and a well-equipped auditorium (complete with industry-standard lighting and sound equipment) available to hire for local businesses, companies and community services – advanced booking is required and can be done by contacting the venue.
