It has become 'normal' to feel exhausted and tired, to settle for not being 'all that healthy', to get prescription medication for just about everything, and to know that you need to change but being too overwhelmed to actually do anything about it...

It is so sad!! We put it down to being a Mum, or being busy, but this isn't 'normal' and it's having a huge effect on our health and wellbeing ....which affects our mental clarity, our confidence, how we are as a Mum/partner, productivity in our business or work!


I am on a mission to break the stress epidemic, and to empower women to live a life less stressed!!
