Simone's Personal Training

Hey guys I'm a Master Personal Trainer and a nutritionist. I would like to introduce my self a little, I currently am in a family of 8, 1 of 6 kids, I live with a huge family plus more. I have a love for fitness and health and have had a passion for this since being a child. My family has been an inspiration to stepping me in the right direction and that's what I want to do for others, helping them be happy and enjoy life to the fullest without no regrets. As a Master Personal Trainer I will be running outdoor session classes, one on one PT sessions and nutrition consultations along with pre-screening, profile form, nutrition checklist along with fitness testing and postural analysis session which will be conducted first session before starting your journey. I will also be running bootcamps and also boxing outdoor classes soon too. I look forward to being apart of your journey!!!!!!
